Pastor Ingrid Rasmussen confronted Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara during a federal raid on a community in South Minneapolis on Tuesday. In emotional footage published by Sahan Journal , Rasmussen can be seen confronting O'Hara about breaking his promise to her, apparently in her church, that his department would build better relations with the community.

"You stand in my church...You're not listening to me. You stand in my church. You promised a better relationship," Rasmussen yelled as O'Hara worked to disperse a crowd of protestors. Rasmussen is lead pastor at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Minneapolis.
