HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM)-- Harrisburg University of Science and Technology announced Wednesday that it is closing its Philadelphia location.
According to HU, the university is closing its Philadelphia location in an effort to put more resources into enhancing the student experience and strengthening its academic offerings at the main campus in Harrisburg.
The university said the Philadelphia instructional location will close on August 31, 2025.
The total student population at the University is 6,469, with more than 400 of those students living in University or private housing in Harrisburg, per the University.
