Five teens arrested for attempted murder after Hartcliffe hit-and-runs

Five teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after two fail-to-stop collisions in south Bristol last week.

The two incidents were both in Hartcliffe and involved a black Mini Cooper.

The Mini Cooper is believed to have been stolen from a property in Speedwell overnight on Wednesday, May 28, and was used in both incidents on Thursday, May 29.

This vehicle was involved in a collision on Teyfant Road at around 12.30pm in which it was deliberately driven at two teenage boys riding a Sur-Ron bike.

Neither of the teenage boys suffered serious injuries.

That same day, at around 5.30pm, the Mini was seen driving along Mowcroft Road.
