CINCINNATI (WKRC)— Clean eating, which emphasizes minimally processed, whole foods, may help reduce inflammation and improve overall health, according to new research. Foods that fight inflammation are linked to benefits ranging from alleviating chronic illness to reducing chronic pain.

Shauna Helton, who lives with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), a connective tissue disorder affecting skin and bones, has found clean eating to be life-changing.
