Efforts to develop a South Davidson County property eyed for infill for at least 10 years seemingly are moving forward.
Charlotte-based Madison Capital Group is hoping to undertake the project on 9.9 acres located at 6309 Nolensville Pike .
According to a document submitted to the Metro Planning Department, Madison plans 131 townhomes for the site, which is owned by a trust.
Madison has enlisted Charlotte-based BenCo Construction, Richmond Height, Missouri-based GMA Design Group (architecture) and Nashville-based Barge Design Solutions (land-planning and engineering) to participate in the project.
The team will go before the Metro Planning Commission on June 12 to seek a specific plan rezoning.
