CEDAR CITY, Utah (ABC4) — Ethan Andrew Galloway, one of the two suspects who admitted to chasing down, shooting and killing a 17-year-old girl in Cedar City earlier this year, pleaded guilty to first-degree felony murder.
The guilty plea, which was entered on Tuesday, June 3, comes as part of a plea deal offered by the State of Utah.
Galloway, 24, was originally charged with first-degree felony murder, 12 counts of first-degree felony discharge of a firearm with serious bodily injury, second-degree felony obstructing justice, third-degree felony possession of a firearm by a restricted person and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.
As part of the plea deal, Galloway pleaded guilty to murder and five counts of felony discharge of a firearm. His remaining charges were dismiss
