KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Kansas boy will be competing in a global LEGO competition.

Kansas City's 2025 Mini Master Model Builder, Alistair from Wichita, will vie for the first-ever title of Global Mini Master Model Builder.

His Kansas City-inspired LEGO creation included the Kansas state bird in the Missouri River and a barbecue party.

It was revealed at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Kansas City and will be on display through June 30.

The LEGO build will then be displayed at the one and only Home of the Brick, LEGO House, in Billund, Denmark later this year.

Alistair's LEGO creation will be judged against other builds from Mini Master Model Builders across the globe from all 27 LEGOLAND Discovery Centers and LEGO Discovery Centers.

The global winner will be announced this fall.
