DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)-- A man is facing charges after allegedly driving his Tesla onto a closed road under construction and striking a foreman.

Pennsylvania State Police said on April 25, 2024, Quentin Parthemore, 24, of Halifax, allegedly drove into an active construction zone in the 3000 block of Peter's Mountain Road in Halifax Township despite numerous signs and workers telling him the road was closed.
