Well look at that, the Dodgers actually brought in Tanner Scott in a tie game, he didn’t give up the lead, and the Dodgers won the game in walk-off fashion. Could things be trending better in that area?
After the game on Tuesday night, Scott spoke to reporters about his first clean inning in what seems like forever. He noted that he, assistant pitching coach Connor McGuinness, bullpen coach Josh Bard, and pitching coach Mark Prior did a “deep dive” on his struggles as of late.
“I was flying open, lower half leading to upper half. Everything was popping out a little early, and not staying through a pitch. It was leading to locations being terrible.”
