In the latest efforts to find Madeleine McCann , police in Portugal have intensified their search , using advanced technology and heavy machinery near the resort where the British toddler went missing in 2007. On Wednesday (June 4), teams of Portuguese and German officers, along with firefighters, focused on derelict structures a few miles from Praia da Luz, where Madeleine was last seen 18 years ago.
