The property, known as the Everett Crown Plaza, was purchased for $7.29 million, or about $294 per square foot, according to an announcement from BLVD Real Estate Investment Co., which handled the sale. BLVD represented the seller throughout the transaction. The buyer was a Seattle-based entity that shares an address with Pierre Ford of Seattle, a car dealership, according to public records. The seller was a private individual.

Located at 811 SE Everett Mall Way, the retail supermarket building, classified as Class B, spans 24,800 square feet across one story and was originally constructed in 1985, according to LoopNet.com. The lot size is 1.64 acres. The
