The remaining Dunkin' in the Back Bay MBTA station passed a Boston health re-inspection yesterday with no violations found, which means it was cleared to re-open.
An ISD health inspector shut the take-out stand last week after finding "gross unsanitary conditions" that included rat droppings - including "at the counter under drink cups" - at least one live cockroach, the odor of urine and no evidence workers were washing their hands, although if they had, they didn't have any towels to wipe them on.
