After a Game 1 loss to MLP Academics Heidelberg, Bayern Munich reacted in the most impressive manner imaginable by grabbing a 90 – 61 blowout win on the road and tying the German League semifinal series 1-1.

Shabazz Napier scored 16 for Bayern while Johannes Voigtmann had 13 points plus five rebounds and Andreas Obst dropped 13 points as well. Devin Booker provided 12 points plus five rebounds and Jack White added 10 points.

Michael Weathers led Heidelberg with 17 points. Bakary Dibba had 12 points and eight rebounds.

After a balanced first half (33-37), Bayern took off in the third period to close the quarter up 45 – 65. Pablo Laso’s players kept the same intensity to turn the game into a complete rout.
