ARKANSAS, USA — Survivors who suffered losses from the March and April severe storms are encouraged to apply for FEMA assistance even if they have received FEMA's help in the past.
According to FEMA, previous aid does not affect eligibility for assistance from the March 14-15 storms or the April 2-22 storms, tornadoes and flooding. Those in need of assistance from FEMA are encouraged to file separate applications for each disaster.
Survivors in Greene, Hot Spring, Independence, Izard, Jackson, Lawrence, Randolph, Sharp and Stone counties can apply now if they had damage after the March storms.
Survivors of the April storms in Clark, Clay, Craighead, Crittenden, Desha, Fulton, Hot Spring, Jackson, Miller, Ouachita, Pulaski, Randolph, Saline, Sharp, St. Francis and White counties can al
