(NewsNation) — A United States judge has issued an order stopping the deportation of the wife and five children of alleged Boulder, Colorado, attacker Mohamed Soliman.
Soliman's family had been taken by ICE earlier this week as the Department of Homeland Security continues to investigate whether Soliman’s family knew if he was planning the attack or provided support in any way.
“The court finds that deportation without process could work irreparable harm and an order must issue without notice due to the urgency this situation presents,” the judge said in the order.
