DAVIDSONVILLE, Md. (DC News Now) -- A teenage couple is being held without bond in Anne Arundel County, charged in a murder and arson case in Davidsonville, Md. that left a 67-year-old business owner dead in his own burnt pickup truck, police and prosecutors say.

The teens appeared in court Monday, when a judge ordered the two be held.

Police allege 18-year-olds Jonah Poole and Kylee Dakes are behind the brutal attack, accused of assaulting, binding, and murdering Edward Koza at his Tropic Bay Aquatic Gardens shop back on May 24.

Anne Arundel County Police (AACOPD) confirmed to DC News Now that the man charged in the case worked at the victim's shop for a few days last year.
