The Boise School District has received five tort claims since April, directly or indirectly involving former elementary school special education assistant Gavin Snow.
The claims seek a total of at least $102 million in damages.
Idaho Education News had previously reported on two tort claims involving Snow, who took his own life in January as Boise police attempted to arrest him on child sexual abuse charges.
In response to an EdNews public records request, the Boise district Wednesday released other tort claims filed against the district this year. Three of these claims centered on Snow’s time with the district.
