ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - More housing developments are heading to Abilene as multiple projects have been made across the city.

One of the locations is on Musgrave Boulevard, and contractors say that, due to the city's demand for high-end luxury apartments, eight three-story buildings are planned for the corner. The project will include a pool with cabanas, grills, cornhole, pickleball courts, and a luxury fitness center.

More apartments are in the works near the intersection of Oldham Lane and East South 27th Street. According to city documents, the plan calls for more than 20 buildings, some two-story and others one-story. Plans also show a swimming pool.
