BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - On a quiet street in Bismarck, a new wave of yard signs is making a loud statement. Simple in design but powerful in message, these signs are once again taking root on front lawns across the city, and to Chaplain Greg Carr, they speak volumes.

The idea first sparked years ago when Carr noticed a yard sign supporting the police. It made him pause; why not create a message that includes all first responders?

With support from a few close friends and a generous donor, Carr had 300 signs printed. They disappeared within days as residents eagerly took them home.
