SPOKANE, Wash. -- Fire crews responded to a house fire in Spokane's West Central neighborhood on Wednesday afternoon.
Around 4 p.m. on June 4, Spokane Fire Department responded to a reported house on fire near Gardner Avenue and Chochran Street.
According to SFD, the fire is believed to have started on the front porch of the home and spread to the attic.
As of 4:30, most of the fire is concentrated in the home's attic and firefighters are gaining control of the flames.
One person is being evaluated by medics, but their condition is currently unknown.
