LEBANON, Tenn. (WZTV) — Greenery as far as the eye can see, that’s what it looks like along Central Pike and Gladeville Road in Lebanon. Resident Patricia Tuttle is worried the water is starting to rise.
"It would flood all the way to my house, and people would say, ‘poor thing, how do you get out?" said Tuttle.
Tuttle says she moved into her home in the early '90s. A few years after moving in, a pipeline in front of her house was closed off because it was flooding her lawn.
"You have a drain that goes out kind of under the road, but it comes back out onto the property, right outside of where your home is," said Tuttle.
