HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) -- Another Big Storm Brewing investor is suing its owners.

The lawsuit alleged Pinellas County businessman Leo Govoni and his son, LJ Govoni, used their brewery as a front to commit financial fraud and theft.

According to the lawsuit filed in Hillsborough County, the investor claims he would have never loaned the Govoni’s, nor their companies, money if he knew they would use that it for their own personal use.

The investor is claiming the conduct of the Govoni’s through their businesses was "intentional, willful, and with malice."
