A Queens middle school teacher busted for allegedly sexually assaulting a teen used an online application to lure his 13-year-old victim to meet up, prosecutors said Wednesday.
David Ospino, 36, allegedly directed the youngster to an address by using an app exchanging sexual text messages, authorities charge. On Jan. 11, Ospino engaged in sexual intercourse with the teen at the address, prosecutors at his Queens Criminal Court arraignment said.
“He used the internet in order to lure the child into a meeting where they engage in sexual intercourse. There are dozens… of sexually explicit text messages sent from this defendant to the 13-year-old complainant,” an assistant district attorney said.
