BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) —RootedHomes announced Wednesday an extension of the housing lottery for their first community in Redmond, Rooted at 19th. The extension provides income-qualified homebuyers more time to secure a sustainable home at well below-market rates.

The lottery for Phase 2 homes will now close on Monday, June 30th at 5:00 PM. To further support homeownership, RootedHomes is now offering $30,000 in down payment assistance for qualified veterans and $18,000 in down payment assistance for all others.
