CINCINNATI (WKRC) — A recent healthcare survey underscores the significance of listening and access in delivering quality patient care, according to findings shared by the TriHealth team.

The survey, conducted by Monigle, evaluated 213 health systems and surveyed over 27,000 consumers nationwide.

Brent Billingsley, a cancer survivor, credited his recovery to a medical team that addressed his needs holistically.

"God's grace is sufficient," Billingsley said.

He emphasized the importance of a team that cared for his body, mind, and soul.

"We had no question from the beginning that it was an extensive cancer in the neck area, we wanted to make sure it hadn't spread to the rest of the body," said Dr. Samer Alsidawi, a TriHealth medical oncologist.
