PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — The Rose Festival is an integral part of Portland's identity, delighting Oregonians and tourists with fun, parades and fanfare for over a century.

WW’s Arts and Culture reporter Rachel Saslow joined KATU’s Steve Dunn on Wednesday to break it down.
