“I am driving down (Farm To Market Rd) 346 and the water is high. I can’t see how high right away until it’s just too late,” said Greg Barker of Tyler. Barker says he made it to the front of the First Baptist Church on East Main Street when his car stalled due to the water being too deep due to the heavy amounts of rainfall.
