ROCHESTER, MINN. (Valley News Live) - A Special Agent with the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI is in jail in Minnesota on federal charges.

According to court documents, Timothy Ryan Gregg of Eagan, MN, is accused of coercing and enticing a minor victim to take part in sexually explicit conduct to produce child sex abuse material.

In a release from the District of Minnesota U.S. Attorney’s Office, the material depicted the victim and an older individual engaging in sexually explicit activity. The victim’s father later discovered it.

After an initial investigation, authorities determined that the man abusing the victim in the material was Gregg. He was then taken into custody by the FBI and the Rochester Police Department.
