RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A single vehicle crash has resulted in one person being taken to the hospital and Duke Energy repairing damages early Thursday morning in Raleigh, police said.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, officers were called to a motor vehicle collision around 3 a.m. at the intersection of Old Wake Forest Road and Falls of Neuse Road.
Their preliminary investigation found that a car flipped over and struck a utility pole, knocking out power and traffic lights at that intersection.
A spokesperson with police said one person with minor injuries was transported to a nearby hospital.
