Strong to severe storms this afternoon.

Even higher severe weather threat Friday.

Slightly drier and warmer weekend.

THURSDAY: Foggy start for some this morning, but more sunshine later on will increase the severe weather threat. Storms form around lunchtime and quickly spread east. All modes of severe weather are possible, especially east. Highs in the 60s and 70s.

FRIDAY: Very similar with an even more robust severe weather threat. Very large hail and a couple tornadoes are the main concerns, along with increasing flooding potential. Stay tuned!

WEEKEND: Slightly drier, but isolated storms remain possible. Some of these could still be strong to severe. Temperatures jump into the 80s!
