CLEVELAND (WJW) -- The FOX 8 I-Team just obtained video shedding new light on the investigation into unsolved murders in the Cleveland Metroparks.

Last week, we revealed police are looking into a possible suspect.

Now, new video tied to a murder-suicide could also help unlock clues to the murders of Kate Brown and Carnell Sledge. They died after getting shot in the Rocky River Reservation in 2019.

Pat West, a special auxiliary officer with Westlake police, just opened up to the I-Team about what he captured last month while off-duty.

Cleveland police believe on that day Bryan Hurt shot and killed a man who was simply cutting his grass, and then took his own life. Police confirmed they are now also looking at Hurt as a possible suspect in the unsolved homicides.
