NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — As CMA Fest kicks off in downtown Nashville, crowds are packing both sides of the Cumberland River for four days of country music, community and celebration. But amid the high energy and packed streets, one group is going above and beyond to make sure fans stay safe: .

The international nonprofit is tripling its volunteer team this year, bringing in 100 trained members to provide everything from free water and phone charging to emotional support and first aid.
