Thursday morning sees temps in the 60s for the lowlands and 50s for the high terrain in the eastern mountains. Cloud cover will build in this morning combined with some haze from the Canadian wildfires. While an isolated sprinkle can't be ruled out this morning, our best chances for rain will hold off until this afternoon and evening.

No severe weather is expected today, but the humidity combined with daytime highs near 80, will create some slow moving downpours.

Thursday evening will bring in some hit or miss showers and general thunderstorms early on. After sunset, any showers and storms will lose energy quickly, allowing them to dissipate overnight.
