4SUITLAND, MD — A 32-year-old man was killed and another seriously injured in a mid-day double shooting at an apartment in Suitland, Prince George’s County police confirmed Wednesday.

Officers responded around 12:35 p.m. Tuesday to the 5600 block of Regency Park Court, where they found two men inside an apartment suffering from gunshot wounds.

One of the victims, identified as Myandre McBride of Suitland, was pronounced dead at the scene. The second man was rushed to a local hospital and remains in critical condition.

Police have not yet identified a suspect or motive in the case. Homicide detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
