The Brownwood Lions will compete in their second and final 7-on-7 Division II state qualifier Saturday at Jim Ned.

The Lions are coming off a 1-2 performance at their own qualifier this past Saturday, knocking off Waxahachie Life, 26-13, with losses coming against Ponder, 38-18, and Gatesville, 20-14.

At Jim Ned, the Lions will compete in Pool B beginning at 9 a.m. against Shallowater and the Jim Ned JV. Pool A consists of Jim Ned, Miles and Lubbock Christian. The two pool winners will face the two pool runners-up, and the winners of those games will square off for a berth in the 7-on-7 D
