CAMPBELL COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) -- The Campbell County Sheriff's Office says it's searching for a child believed to have been abducted by her father.

5-year-old Payton Knight was last seen with her father Cal Davis Jr., who reportedly never dropped her off with her legal guardian after a visitation.

Officials say Davis frequents Campbell County, Appomattox County and Lynchburg, but they add the two could be anywhere.
