Abby Lee Miller is taking legal action.

The Dance Moms alum is suing Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after alleging medical staff at the facility left a foreign object in her body while performing a surgery—specifically, a catheter.

According to her lawsuit, obtained by E! News June 4, in the months and years following a 2020 surgery to treat spondylolisthesis—a condition where vertebrae slip out of place—Miller “repeatedly reported ongoing abdominal pain and discomfort to multiple physicians,” including the doctors who performed the surgery. However, she says her “concerns were dismissed.”
