GULFPORT, Miss. (WLOX) - Wednesday afternoon, Sheriff Matt Haley announced the arrests of 22-year-old David Cunningham of Mobile, Alabama, for one felony count of kidnapping and Kristin Allen of Gulfport for one felony count of hindering prosecution.

Harrison County Sheriff’s Office officials say they received a call regarding shots being fired at a house party on Audubon Lake Boulevard.

Once deputies arrived, they were told that the homeowner’s dog was accidentally shot at the party, and the person responsible for shooting the dog left the house in the back seat of a marked Prichard Police Unit.
