The assistant principal of Lafayette High School has been arrested on several charges related to child computer pornography.

The Catoosa County Sheriff's Office says they executed a search warrant after receiving a cyber tip concerning child sexploitation material on Mason Drive in Ringgold, GA, on Monday.

The sheriff's office learned that child sexual abuse material was being downloaded from a specific IP address, which was traced to a specific device owned by Ronnie Massey.

Massey was taken into custody without incident.

The Lafayette High School website listed Massey as the assistant principal earlier this year.

The inmate search for the Catoosa County Sheriff's Office says Massey was booked on ten charges of computer pornography. Each charge holds a $10,000 bond.
