CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — A 41-year-old Lost Creek woman admitted she fled from law enforcement under the influence of drugs last Dec. 20 in Clarksburg.

Circuit Judge D. Andrew McMunn accepted the plea from Sharon Lynn Conley and ordered a quick turnaround on the presentence investigation from Probation Officer Matthew Chase, from the Office of Chief Probation Officer Mike Burnside, as well as on the drug-and-alcohol assessment from Community Corrections.

The July 3 sentencing date could get Conley out of regular jail (where she's been since Dec. 20) and into the jail-based GOALS drug-treatment program sooner.
