U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville has raised more than $3 million in the first week of his campaign for Alabama governor, according to his latest campaign finance report .
Since launching his gubernatorial campaign last Tuesday, Tuberville has received $3,058,312.99 in contributions for his gubernatorial bid.
The majority of his cash contributions have come from Alabama. However, some contributions on his monthly campaign finance report, filed Tuesday with the Secretary of State’s office, hail from New Jersey, South Carolina, Montana and Virginia.
The cash contributions from the past week range from $175,000 given by from Chad Witcher of Cullman and $25,000 from McGraw-Web Chevrolet in Camden to smaller donations of a hundred dollars from several individuals. The donations are from individua
