Hickory Daily Record
On Thursday Hickory firefighters will be conducting a live burn exercise, which consists of burning a house.
The training exercise will be held in the area of 120 48th Ave. NE and will allow firefighters to practice their skills.
The drill was scheduled to start around 8 a.m. and should be concluded by 5 p.m.
Plans are for roads to remain open during the exercise; however, use caution if in the area.
