CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — HEF Photonics has acquired Agama Glass Technologies, a company known for anti-glare and technical glass processing, expanding HEF’s presence in the specialty optics and display glass industries.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at the Agama Glass facility to mark the acquisition. The Harrison County Chamber of Commerce hosted the event, which was attended by more than 50 people, including representatives from the offices of U.S. Sen. Shelley Moore Capito and U.S. Rep. Riley Moore. West Virginia State Sen. Ben Queen spoke at the event, emphasizing the local economic impact.
