1CATONSVILLE, Md. — For the second time this week, Maryland Lottery officials have confirmed a $1 million Powerball ticket sold in the state, with the latest winning ticket purchased at the Soda Pop Shop in Catonsville.

The winning ticket matched five of the six numbers drawn on Wednesday night, securing the second-tier prize. The winning numbers for the June 4 drawing were 5, 17, 23, 35, 45 and Powerball 24. The Soda Pop Shop, located at 1026 Ingleside Avenue, will receive a $2,500 retailer bonus for selling the ticket.

A second prize-winning ticket, worth $50,000, was also sold for the same drawing. That third-tier ticket was purchased at Woodlawn Mart, 1818 Woodlawn Drive in Woodlawn, according to Maryland Lottery officials.
