Showing up in support of his wife, the swimmer took to Instagram to write, “ Just wanted to say how proud I am of my wife @kaylalochte for standing true to her convictions and undergoing breast explantation surgery. There is nothing more important than one’s health and I am so happy for her that she will finally rid herself of all the horrific symptoms associated with breast implant illness. I love you!!! ❤️ ” While the man came out in complete support of his wife through this post, never in a million years would he have foreseen how their story would look in the next decade.
