LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Lincoln Police officers are searching for the person who robbed a gas station early Thursday morning.
Officers responded just after 4:15 a.m. to the Fat Dogs convenience store off the interstate near NW 12th Street, following a report of a robbery.
A store clerk at Fat Dogs told police someone walked up to the counter holding a pocket knife and demanded money. The store clerk threw some cash at the suspect and he ran off with the money westbound through the parking lot.
The suspect is described as between 5 feet 5 inches and 5 feet 7 inches tall. He was wearing a gray stocking cap, black sweatshirt and blue jeans.
