Joe Burrow made a promise , and he's sticking to it. The Cincinnati Bengals quarterback and former LSU Heisman Trophy winner hosted his inaugural tee-off at TopGolf Baton Rouge on behalf of the Joe Burrow Foundation on May 31.

The fundraiser brought in over $550,000, and included appearances from various players and staff members from LSU's 2019 national championship football team.

The funds raised on Saturday will go towards more efforts like the "Power of Produce," which allows children to go on healthy-food shopping sprees in both Ohio and Louisiana. In November, Burrow's foundation hosted the food shopping spree at Claiborne Elementary in Baton Rouge.
