MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -Cyclists in Madison fueled up on the calories while out on the bike trail Thursday morning!

Employees with the company Saris were out on the Capitol City Trail serving up “brat cakes”. It’s a grilled brat wrapped in a pancake and served with a drizzle of maple syrup.

“It has been great, we started at 6:30 a.m. and I don’t know it seems like hundreds of people come through, it’s been very busy,” said Deanna Sanderson, the Marketing Manager & Art Director for Saris.

Saris makes bike racks and trainers and is located just off Verona Road.

The company comes out every year during Madison Bike Week to serve up the brat cakes to cyclists, runners, walkers, and anyone who just passes by.
