CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — Two Marion County residents are facing Harrison County drug charges after a state trooper assigned to the Mountaineer Highway Interdiction Team made a traffic stop pre-dawn Thursday.
Tfc. D.M. Goodman charged Jammie Lynn Nolan, 38, of Worthington, and William Lewis Sanders, 41, of Fairmont, with one count of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, and one count of drug conspiracy (fentanyl).
Sanders and Nolan pleaded not guilty Thursday morning in their initial appearances before Harrison Chief Magistrate Frank DeMarco.
Goodman pulled over the Chevy pickup driven by Nolan after seeing it didn't have an inspection stick, noticing that Sanders wasn't wearing a seat belt, and after watching the truck weave within its lane, according to the complaint.
