LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A suspect is in police custody and facing charges in the April death of a man whose body was found with burns near the railroad tracks.

Antonio Telford Jr., 33, is facing murder charges in the death of 48-year-old Leotha Patton III. His body was discovered on April 13 in the 1500 block of A Street, near Owens Avenue and I-15.

Telford is scheduled to make his first appearance in Las Vegas Justice Court on June 5.
